Wine & Olive Oil
At Podere La Quercia, we cultivate the vineyards and olive groves that give life to our wines and extra virgin olive oil. Our production focuses primarily on Vernaccia di San Gimignano and Sangiovese, complemented by small quantities of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.
The names of our wines, inspired by Greek mythology, tell another part of our story. They reflect Francesca’s passion for the classical world and come together with Mattia’s daily work as a winemaker, giving life to a small production rooted in tradition, identity and a deep connection to the land.
Each year we produce only a few thousand bottles of wine and a limited quantity of extra virgin olive oil, made exclusively from olives grown in our own groves.
